If you want to get married you need a bride's pack for the girl and a groom's pack for the guy. They are 30 gold each.
Open up the packs, put on the clothes, get in a party with the one you're gonna marry and talk to the Eldest Matchmaker in West Arch. He's by the Merchant that you buy the stones for crazy stones from.
Both ppl talk to the Matchmaker, but only the squad leader can start (or finish? don't remember) the quest.
It's really quick and before you know it the whole wold knows and ppl start pm'ing you.
There are bonuses from being married. You get wedding gifts. 10 random ones, try real hard to get good items, jk, there's nothing you can do about it.
A friend told me also that you get twice the experience when you're in a squad with your spouse, but I don't really know how it works. I'll update this if I find out, or we get it to function.
P.S. Not that it's gonna make a difference, but you will get teased for being married in-game and random ppl will pm you with questions about getting married.
An example is this guy outside of fb51 who pm'd me for quite some time telling me what one does to get divorced. You get that quest from the Matchmaker, should you end up rich with a spouse you hate.
Daut? feel free to correct the grammer, it's littered with inadequacies. And I'm going to bed.

Here's what a wedding ceremony looks like. The people on the left are the guests (friends of the guys getting married). I just saw these guys when I was doing crazy stones or something, don't remember. Now I wish I had gone to Julio's wedding . . . . Here are a couple pics of Shik and I . . . He's helping me kill some mob or another. This is when we tried to get the "double exp while in squad with spouse" thing to work. I don't know if it really even exists anymore.

on fiesta when u get married u get warped to a completely different map, its actually pretty cool. And u can invite up to 15 guests each to attend the wedding, and the actually ceremony is boring and stupid just like irl lol. but u get a permanent 5% bonus to all ur stats, and 10% when ur in pt with ur spouse. idk about exp bonus tho, i think so, but im not sure. I think they spent way too much time putting in this dumb function if u ask me lol.
