At lvl 60 you can start doing justice quests. The start npc is by the Savage Native in Tusk Town. You just buy some of those things from him, one for each quest. Then go to the npc by the "crazy stones" lady in Arch. Give him one of the things and chose the mob you want for the justice quest. You'll get a timer for an hour but that's not for the quest. The timer tells you when you can turn in the quest. It's so that ppl don't think they can do one justice quest after the other, there must be one hour between each one. Hope this makes sense.

A notice: you can get this quest from that npc by the CS also, no need to go to Tusk Town. Simply buy an item for your level range from him, then talk again and you have the quest. Also, it costs 12k(?) on levels 60-65 and gives 20k or so exp when you do it. THe monsters have been so far the same as regular quests for me, so you get 2 quests done in 1 shot, worth it.

any justice envoy can give you the JQ tabs and quests =] i believe there's one in dreamweaver also?
my favorite thing to do lately is do JQ and one-man army quests together... 22k exp and 2 rep for 60 mobs =] i only wish they could reset sooner, cause i kill all my mobs within 30 minutes T_T

I hit 60 after CS reset this morning, so I'm prolly gonna start with the JQ stuff now too... maybe I need to whittle my quest list down a bit first though. lol

There are many justice envoys. You'll find them in different towns you visit and they are divided by the level required to get the justice quest from them, i.e. the one in Sirry Wine Camp (238 778) only has quest for people lvl 80-94.
Yes there is one in Dreamweaver.
